What to Expect in Class:

Our classes are carefully structured to provide a complete mind, body, and breath experience:

  • Mind, Breath & Body Connection
    We begin with grounding practices, gentle breathing exercises, and mindful awareness to help you arrive fully into the present moment.

  • Warm-Up & Gentle Mobility
    The body is gradually prepared through soft stretches and flowing movements to release tension and improve mobility.

  • Asana Practice (Physical Postures)
    We move through a carefully curated sequence of yoga postures designed to build strength, flexibility, stability, and balance. Modifications and variations are always offered so that everybody can participate comfortably and progress at their own pace.

  • Guided Relaxation
    Each class concludes with guided relaxation to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling centred, restored, and deeply relaxed.
